Travel and Mountains: I love to travel to see different countries and to be immersed in different cultures. I have travelled to Indian Himalayans, Bolivia, Brazil, Tanzania, Morroco, European countries: Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Germany,  Romania, Norway, Estonia and Denmark.  I enjoy mountaineering, and love ultra and skyrunning and have completed many races including UTMB, Ronda Del Cims, Tromso Skyrace, Swiss Iron Trail, Eiger ultra, Lakes sky ultra, Wicklow 100, the Cape Wrath Ultra, the Buff Epic Trail, Laravedo Ultra Trail, Fellsman, Ring of Steal. I love exploring local mountains the Mournes. I also ran the Swiss Alpine Ultra for Charity Childrens Heartbeat in 2012.  I was fortunate to run for Ireland in Italy in the World trail running championship in 2017. I get lot of inspiration being out in nature and travel and the mountains are inspiring.
